Who owns the data?

You do. Export accounts, jobs, people, candidates, and placement or fee data as CSV, or download a workspace export that includes timeline and approval records for review.

How does GDPR self-service work?

Workspaces are hosted in the UK (London), covered by the EU adequacy decision. Your data is never used to train AI models. Candidates can request access, deletion, and retention changes from a self-service portal, no support ticket required.

What does it connect to?

Seamless LinkedIn integration, the Symphonee inbox for replies, Microsoft Outlook, your internal calendar with native meeting intelligence, and CSV imports and exports for bulk data.

How long is onboarding?

Most teams are imported and live within one to two weeks. We move your data and run a guided cutover with your team.

Does it handle contract recruiting?

Yes. Track contract billing, timesheets, invoices, margins, commission splits, and payroll export alongside permanent fees.

What about security?

We use role-based access, encryption at rest and in transit, UK-hosted infrastructure covered by the EU adequacy decision, and audit trails for key workspace actions. SSO and SCIM are available for enterprise rollouts.

Can I switch from my current ATS or CRM?

Yes. We have import presets for systems like Bullhorn, Vincere, Loxo, JobAdder, and HubSpot. We review all mappings before the switch so nothing drops.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Both plans include every feature. Monthly billing gives you the flexibility to cancel anytime. Annual billing lowers your effective monthly rate and is billed as one payment per seat per year.
