Can I evaluate it before subscribing?

There is no unguided free trial at launch. Book a 30-minute walkthrough and we can show Symphonee against your workflow before you subscribe. Self-serve signup requires a credit card.

Who owns the data?

You do. Export accounts, jobs, people, and fee data any time as CSV or via the API. Closing the account triggers a final export bundle.

How does GDPR self-service work?

EU customers run on EU residency. Subjects can request access, deletion, and retention changes from a self-service portal, no support ticket required.

What does it connect to?

LinkedIn via the browser extension, Google and Microsoft calendars, payroll providers via CSV/SFTP export, and CSV import for any source. Public API for the rest.

How long is onboarding?

Most teams are imported and live within one to two weeks. We migrate accounts, jobs, people, and pipeline state, then run a guided cutover with your ops lead.

Does it handle contract recruiting?

Yes. Contract margin, timesheets feeding payroll export, multi-user splits, and clawback rules sit alongside permanent fees in the same view.

What about security?

SSO and SCIM on annual, role-based access, full audit log, encryption at rest and in transit. SOC 2 Type II in progress; current report shareable under NDA.

Can I switch from my current ATS or CRM?

Yes. We have import paths for Bullhorn, Vincere, Loxo, JobAdder, HubSpot, and most CSV exports. Mappings are reviewed before cutover so nothing silently drops.
