Switching from Vincere
What you can move to Symphonee today, how to export it from Vincere, and what stays behind.
Import Vincere candidates with a built-in preset for its snake_case export headers, then review what stays behind.
Switching help included: we review your export with you and run a test import before you go live.
Creating an account starts a paid subscription you can cancel anytime.
Export from Vincere
- Open your Candidates search or list in Vincere and select the records.
- Use Bulk Actions, then Export, and download the CSV.
- Keep the snake_case headers as exported; the preset recognizes them.
Import into Symphonee
In Symphonee, open People, choose Import, select Vincere as the spreadsheet source and drop the CSV.
What transfers
first_name, last_name, email or email_address, phone or mobile_phone, current_job_title, current_company, linkedin_url and current_location map automatically. Split name columns are combined into one name.
Known gaps
Notes, documents, activities and pipeline stage history do not transfer. References, consent flags and custom fields are skipped.
Accounts, jobs and CVs
Import CVs as PDF or DOCX in the same dialog to rebuild parsed profiles. Accounts import from a CSV of company names or websites, and jobs from a CSV with title, company, location and description columns or from job description files (PDF, DOCX or TXT).
After the import
- Exact email or LinkedIn matches merge into the existing person. Likely duplicates are queued for your review instead of creating silent copies.
- Columns Symphonee does not recognize are skipped rather than imported, so compare your headers with the list above before you import.
- If you ever leave, you can export people, accounts, jobs, placements and history at no cost.
